Southend Standard 18 July 1935 This news clipping talks about ‘Highlands’ which was confusing to me, as the Highlands generally means Scotland. However, in this case, given that there is mention of Hadleigh, plus the newspaper being called the Southend Standard, I would think this is Hadleigh in South Suffolk.
