Venues

Venues where Ginner-Mawer Performed

In 1937, Irene Mawer gave a speech at the celebration of 21 years of the Ginner-Mawer School (The Link, October 1937, p.22).

In the speech she listed some of the theatres where the School had given performances.  There are 20 theatres listed and she hasn’t included venues where she herself performed before Ginner-Mawer, or venues such as village halls, etc.  And, of course, the list only goes up to 1937, whereas the School itself continued until 1954.
