Miss Mawer owned an extensive collection of information about the Commedia dell’Arte – including these postcards.

Here is one of my certificates from when I was trained in the Irene Mawer method of mime and movement. My teacher was Mrs Nora Durling, of Leeds, England.

Jane May, a French woman, was a world famous mime around 1900. I would like to know more about her. Please get in touch if you know of her.
